Presentation Schematic approved with the following Recommendations: 1. Incorporate more color into the building as part of metal assembly. Meet with FRDC/ Cleveland Clinic to address the opportunities for visual connectivity and approriate transition into the new neighborhood. 2. Revisit the circulation/ frontage along Frank Avenue. (Consult the Innovation Master Plan: New residences constructed on Frank Avenue. Apply treatment of the garage entrance adjacent to Frank Avenue homes. 3. Further study the appropriate use of different materials to provide relief in the facade by deminishing buildings "flatness." 4. Return with active landscaping on the ground level interior court. introduce lighter colors to deminish shadow effects thereby lighting the courtyard. 5. Intergrate a secondary pedestrian entrance at the corner of Cedar and E. 105th Street (Major Corridor). |
